What we will do?

First of all we want to deliver your chocolates on time. Secondly they should arrive in perfect condition and finally we want you to enjoy our products.

The Proof of the Chocolate is in the EATING

All our chocolates may contain nut traces.

If you have been sent chocolates by us or received them as a gift, please contact us if you are at all unhappy with them. We want to improve and will do all we can, to put the matter right.

Ordering

When you have finished selecting your chocolates you will be transferred to  .

There you fill in your billing address, card details etc in the normal way, being transferred back to our site at the end. We have no access to your card details, just important things like confirmation that you have paid and where to send the chocolates.

The Order Completed page confirms the payment has been made. Next you will receive an email confirming the order.

Fulfilling

We will send you an email as we send your chocolates by first class recorded mail. Normally, they are delivered next day but to some areas there may be a delay. If the weather is too hot, then we will only dispatch them Monday to Thursday. If we cannot supply you from stock we will email you a probable delivery date and ask whether a substitute is acceptable.
